Teamwork

Our Commitment and Financial Transparency

Operation Teamwork is driven by volunteerism, education, and compassionate care.

None of our team members — including surgeons, nurses, board members, founders, or officers — receive salaries or financial compensation for their work with Operation Teamwork. Our surgeons volunteer their time, expertise, and passion without expectation of payment, including the surgical care provided to children and adults with facial deformities.

Our mission extends far beyond treating individual patients. By teaching capable host surgeons advanced regenerative surgery methods, we multiply the longterm impact of our work. These surgeons not only care for patients in their own communities, but also teach future generations of healthcare providers, creating a sustainable ripple effect of education, innovation, and compassionate care.

Since its inception, Operation Teamwork has been funded primarily through the commitment of its founders, Dr. Pat and Maureen Sullivan. As the need for these life-changing services has grown, additional individuals and families who share our vision of lasting global impact have joined in supporting and expanding the mission.

Everyone who partners with Operation Teamwork shares a common goal: giving children and adults with facial deformities the opportunity to live with greater confidence, acceptance, opportunity, and hope. For many patients who have experienced bullying, isolation, and exclusion, access to compassionate reconstructive care has been truly transformative.

The goal is simple: creating high-impact, positive change through education, innovation, and patient care.

Please feel free to share the Operation Teamwork mission with your friends, family, and colleagues. Your support and partnership is deeply appreciated.
