What is Regenerative Surgery?

Our regenerative surgery approach involves using the patient’s own fat cells, along with their associated stem cells, to reconstruct facial features affected by deformities. This technique is especially beneficial for children with soft tissue deficiencies and facial asymmetries due to craniofacial, secondary cleft lip abnormalities, trauma, tumor removal, and developmental anomalies.

Developed from our extensive experience with over 10,000 successfully treated aesthetic and reconstructive surgery patients in the United States, this innovative method has been refined to meet the unique needs of pediatric patients with facial anomalies. Our “No Knife Microcolumn" technique, utilizing specialized instruments for fat harvesting and reinjection, minimizes scarring—a critical factor for populations where skin scaring can be significant.

Our Recognitions

This groundbreaking treatment has garnered international recognition. We were invited to present this proven method of treatment to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. We received the award for Best of Hot Topics by American Society of Plastic Surgeons in 2013, and it has been presented and taught at major medical conferences across the U.S., Europe, Africa, and Asia.

At Operation Teamwork, we apply this innovative technique to provide life-changing results with minimal scarring. By training local surgeons in this method, we create lasting, sustainable change in healthcare systems, improving the lives of patients in regions with limited access to this type of advanced medical care.
